At tu equesterian we use UPS mostly as a shipping company, we always use the option to secure your package and we manually add the address to the company so no mistakes are made. It is your responsability to write a correct adress and check it before  buying a product. 

Shipping Policy - the basics

You will find in your package: a reciept, the shipping label and ofcourse the product, if something is missing or if you would like an inovice please contact +34 685 84 54 75 and tell us as soon as youmakie the order s we could include it into the package.
